Plentiful jobs, flexible hours, bonuses, perks, shifting jobs – for the past five years, it’s been a relatively easy ride in the job market for Generation Y, those aged 15 to 30. Now all that has changed. Gen Y-ers have perhaps been hit hardest by the recession, so how are they coping?

GenYs are clinging to jobs they previously would have ditched, they’re frantically writing CVs, deferring their OEs and staying in for the evening with their mates.
