It’s that time of the year again – the end of the current year and the beginning of a new year!

Time to review and ask ourselves the following questions:

  • Have I accomplished what I have set out to achieve this year?
  • What’s my goal for the new year?
  • What do I want to do with my life?

I have found it hard to keep to my New Year’s Resolution. In fact, creating a list is already a big accomplishment for me – I simply do it because everyone else is doing it!

Why New Year’s Resolution fail?

In her blog, Tracy wrote:
“The primary reason resolutions fail is, not surprisingly, PROCASTINATION. Doing anything later is always easier than doing it now. It’s really easy to adopt the mindset that you have all year to accomplish your goals, and that getting a slow start (or no start) in January won’t affect your progress too much.” More…

So, maybe my resolution for 2011 should be
“Stop procastinating”?
