It’s that time of year when everyone seems to be getting sick and a lot of the adverts on TV are promoting various cold and flu remedies. Having been in bed for 2 days myself this week I know that it’s not fun. Having had time to recuperate it reminded me of the importance of taking a break. It shouldn’t happen only when you’re sick and usually too ill to even remotely enjoy it, it should happen regularly. Even just 30 minutes at the end of the day. We all know this but how many of us actually implement it?
Taking a break can also mean taking a break from your job search.
