Preparing for Assessment centre?
Have you received an invitation to participate in an Assessment Centre for your internship/graduate job application? Yes? Congratulations, you have made it through the next round!
But what’s next?
What is an Assessment Centre? What’s involved and what’s expected? How should you prepare for it?
Some employers would give you some clues, some wouldn’t (unless you have specifically requested for it). If you haven’t been given any information at all, don’t be afraid to ask the employer for some guidelines (format, timeframe, activities involved etc).
